The Eastern Cape lies on the south eastern coast of South Africa and is the country’s second largest province, after the Northern Cape.
This province boasts 800 km of unspoiled coastline known as the “Wild Coast”. Not surprising then, that is known as water sports capital of South Africa. Every year it hosts several local as well as international water sport events.
The Eastern Cape is home to the “big seven”: buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, rhino, great white shark and southern right whale.
This region, with its extraordinary natural beauty, assorted climates as well as diverse culture offers the visitor a unique “untouched” look into South African legacy.
